Good gift, delivery took a bit

I ordered the Signature Collection Gift Box for my sister's birthday a few weeks ago. It had a nice variety of jams and marmalades, and she really liked it! The website was easy enough to use, but shipping took about 8 days to get to her in California, which was a little longer than I hoped for. Luckily, I ordered it with plenty of time to spare.

Absolutely love their marmalades!

Oh my goodness, I just had to leave a review! I ordered the Bergamot and Seville Orange Marmalade and the Seville Orange Marmalade with Italian Orange Bitters, and they are both INCREDIBLE. The flavors are so rich and complex, nothing like the stuff you get at the regular store. You can really tell Chef Sarah Churchill puts her heart into these. I'm already planning my next order, I want to try the Blood Orange Marmalade next. Definitely recommend this to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

Are these jams actually worth the price compared to something like Tiptree or Fortnum & Mason? They seem a bit pricier.

M Mary Nguyen 1 month ago
Totally different league. You can taste the small-batch quality. Much better than Tiptree imo.

I think they're way better than a lot of the big names. Handcrafted taste, not mass-produced. Definitely worth it for a treat or gift.

Are all their jams and marmalades vegan-friendly? My friend is vegan and I want to get her a gift.

J Josh 1 month ago
Most of them are, but I'd double-check the specific product page for ingredients, just to be super safe. Sometimes curds or special flavours might not be.

I think many are, as they're fruit-based. But always good to check the description on the product page just in case.

How long does it typically take to get an order delivered to, say, Manchester? Need to know if I should order soon for a birthday.

E Elizabeth 1 week ago
From my experience, UK shipping is usually pretty quick, like 2-3 business days. I got mine in London super fast.

I'd say a few working days. They're based in Gloucestershire, so it's not a huge journey.

can I combine a free shipping code with another discount, like a bundle deal?

T Tim P. 2 weeks ago
Afaik, you can't stack codes. Usually, it's one discount per order.

M Mary Rivera 2 weeks ago
I don't think they let you use more than one code at checkout. The bundle deals are usually automatic though, so if your order hits the free shipping threshold, that might just apply automatically anyway.

Hey, thinking of ordering a bunch of stuff for Christmas gifts. Do they ever do Black Friday deals or anything similar for the holidays?

B Brian T. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I picked up some hampers last Christmas during a sale. Keep an eye on their site closer to the time, they usually have something.

K Karen R. 2 weeks ago
They often do special holiday discounts, especially around Christmas. They had multi-buy jar offers last year too.

Just signed up for their newsletter. Do they actually send a discount code or is that just for future offers?

O Olivia T. 4 weeks ago
They usually send a 10% off code for first orders after you sign up. Check your spam folder if you don't see it right away.

J John 4 weeks ago
Yeah, I got a code when I signed up last year. It should come through pretty quick.

Does anyone know if their jars are actually recyclable? Trying to cut down on waste.

R Ryan Gomez 1 month ago
Yep, glass jars are totally recyclable. Just rinse them out.

Pretty sure they are! I just pop mine in the regular recycling bin after I'm done with the jam.
